U Don’t Know (157.66) vs Pack Attack (83.21)
U Don’t Know is on a roll! They started out the season losing their first three games and now they have won their last three and if the playoffs were to start today they would be a playoff team! The first three weeks of the season they failed to score 100 in each of those. The last three weeks they have scored over 112 each week and just put up 157 to crush Pack Attack! This Pack Attack (2-4) team is trying to trend water until they get some help… wondering if when that time comes they may have already drowned!
16hrs Ahead of You!! (157.31) vs Big Papa (95.54)
There are two teams you don’t want to be playing right now. One of them is obvious because they have yet to lose a game and the other one is 16hrs Ahead of you as they had another dominating effort to move to 5-1 on the season! They followed up their 162 point game from a week ago to put up 157 this week! They are the highest scoring team in the league by almost 100 points! And oh by the way they did this with K. Williams (one of their top players) on a bye this week! This team is looking really good! Big Papa falls to 3-3 and has now lost three straight games after starting the season out at 3-0. They have failed to score 100 points in 3 of their last 4 games and now it looks like they may have lost T. Etienne for some time due to a hamstring. The good news is that at 3-3 they are right in the middle of the pack and have plenty of time to make a run!
BIGBOY! (116.99) vs Rapids Plungers (69.18)
Upset! BIGBOY! gets back to back wins and moves their record to 2-4 on the season by dominating Rapids Plungers to the tune of a 47 point blowout. BIGBOY! was led this week by B Purdy (24.37) and AJ Brown (22.80) who was back for the first time since week 1! BIGBOY! Rapids Plungers was bad this week as they had not one but two players score negative points! D. Prescott and C. Olave combined for a negative 1.12 points! That’s actually kind of comical and if you are Rapids Plungers all you can do is laugh and hope that M. McCarthy gets fired soon! This was kind of an historic loss as the 69.18 points was the lowest Rapids Plungers has ever scored in a week since they joined the league 16 seasons ago! That’s actually kind of crazy! Better days ahead for Rapids Plungers I am sure!
Bossman (116.57) vs teamAlaska (97.91)
Bossman (3-3) stops their two game losing streak and moves back to .500 on the season with a nice win here this week against teamAlaska (2-4). Their wasn’t anything too exciting in this one but anytime you can beat your Yahoo projection for scoring by 30 you know you are having a decent day and not to mention they put 116 points with J. Cook, J. Jefferson and A. Jones not playing this week! teamAlaska is having trouble stringing together wins as they seem to be in the pattern of playing good every other week. It wasn’t a horrible week for them they just needed a bit more scoring from their top WR’s in Chase (8.60) and Aiyuk (3.85) but it was good to see a nice game from K. Allen. If those three players get going things will look a lot better for this teamAlaska squad!
DaUnderdog (132.79) vs Starrfavrerodg (57.83)
Another week and another dominating performance for DaUnderdog as they reamain undefeated at 6-0! While the team right behind them in the standings has been a bit more “flashy” this team is the model of consistency as their lowest scoring week was 102 in week 1 and a 110 point performance in week 2 but since then they have scored more then 122 points each week but never more then 138. So anyone playing DaUnderdog goes into it knowing they are going to have to have one of their better games if they want to get the win! I am not sure if Starrfavrerodg (3-3) got that memo this week as they needed to have their “best” week not their worst! This was ugly for Starrfavrerodg as they had 5 players that couldn’t even get to the two point mark! Now it doesn’t help that I think 4 of those 5 left their games early due to injury. I would expect and hope for their sake this is their lowest scoring output of the season. They will bounce back!
Sportsfreak (125.23) vs HHH (101.23)
Sportsfreak with the big win this week to move back to .500 at 3-3 on the season! They have been close to winning all of the three games they lost this season so falling to 2-4 despite seemingly playing well would have been hard to stomach! They were led this week by C. Williams and his impressive 30 point performance. HHH falls to 2-4 and now have lost three straight after starting out the season strong! In what seems to be a theme for losing teams this week HHH also had two players that failed to score a point. Going to be tough to find wins when that happens but somewhat impressively they were still able to get to the 100 point mark despite that! That has to give them some hope for the coming weeks!
pack slayer (141.24) vs PackerFANatic7 (132.24)
Wow! What a game and shootout this one turned out to be as both teams went back and forth! There was a lot of scoring in this one and it came down to the Monday night game with pack slayer having D. Kincaid to play and PackerFANatic7 with Shakir. Kincaid outscored Shakir 8.55 to 2.95 and that was more then enough for pack slayer to get the win! You always feel for the loser in these type of high scoring games as 132 points beats 9 other teams this week! pack slayer however walks away with the big win to move to 3-3 on the season. They put up this amount of points with both C. Kupp and T. Hill on the bench due to bye weeks! That’s impressive! PackerFANatic7 falls to 2-4 on the season but they are playing better then their record shows. They have scored the 5th most points in the league which will come in handy come tie-breaker time. It is worth mentioning as I know they will be kicking themselves for one thing this week and it had to be something they considered given Shakir’s injury concern but on the bench sits R. Doubs and his 18.05 points. Swap him into the flex instead of Shakir’s 2.95 points and PackerFANatic7 gets the win! That’s tough but I am sure they will bounce back!
That’s it for this week everyone. Have a great week!
