Pack Attack (104.79) vs DaUnderdog (94.77)
Pack Attack (4-10) ends the season with a win to get to win #4 on the season! Starting with the #1 overall pick and turning that into only 4 wins! That’s not good at all! What could be worse!? Well, starting the season 6-0 and then losing 8 straight kind of feels worse to me… but no one would have that happen to them would they? Sorry DaUnderdog (6-8) but I am not sure I have ever seen a more colossal collapse then the one we just witnessed the last 8 weeks! DaUnderdog loses their last 8 games and misses out on the playoffs by one game! This is a tough one to recover from! Better luck next year to both of these teams!
HHH (117.60) vs 16hrs Ahead of You!! (97.35)
HHH gets their third win in a row and started their run to the playoffs one week too late! With their win they finish the season at 6-8 and they have to be left wondering what if as they had a stretch from Weeks 4 -11 where they had a record of 1-7! If they could have gotten one win in there they would be in the playoffs as the #6 seed! Either way, a nice way to end their season! 16hrs falls to 8-6 and to the #4 seed. The loss really didn’t hurt them as even with the win they would have been sitting at the #4 spot. The more concerning thing is they finished the season at 1-5. That is not good entering the playoffs but now that they are there they can start fresh and hopefully make a run at this thing!
BIGBOY!(126.28) vs Big Papa (106.14)
BIGBOY! (8-6) gets the win to secure the playoff spot and they will now go against 16hrs in the wild card round of the playoffs next week. BIGBOY! has been playing some good football and closed out the season with two straight wins to secure their ticket to the post season. This is a team to watch out for over the next three weeks! Big Papa finishes their season at 6-8 and while they were fairly consistent most of the season they can look back at that 4 game losing streak starting in Week 4 as the reason why they are sitting out the playoffs next week!
Bossman (190.28) vs Starrfavrerodg (127.46)
Bossman wins to secure the #1 overall seed as they look to defend their title! This team is rolling right now as they follow up their top scoring 185 point effort with an even better 190 point game! They have J. Allen on their team and he is REALLY good at football! Good luck to all of the teams trying to beat them this year! Starrfavrerodg finishes their season at 6-8 and never really had a shot in this one but the thing that will keep them up at night is that they had 6 wins after week 11 and weren’t able to find a way to get win #7. They finish with a 3 game losing streak and will be left playing in the losers, I mean consolation bracket!
pack slayer (162.40) vs teamAlaska (130.44)
pack slayer solidifies the #2 seed with a big win here over teamAlaska. They finish the regular season on a 5 game winning streak which is exactly the type of momentum you are hoping for as you enter the playoffs. In addition, they get that first round bye so all they need is two more wins and they will win their first ever Super Bowl trophy! teamAlaska finishes the season losing two straight and a 6-8 record. They put up a fight in both of those games however as they scored 127 a week ago and then 130 this week but both of them didn’t result in a win! See you next year teamAlaska!
Sportsfreak (111.57) vs PackerFANatic7 (99.43)
It wasn’t pretty but Sportsfreak got the job done to get to 9 wins on the season and the #3 seed. This has got to feel good for Sportsfreak as they will be playing next week in a playoff game for the first time in 6 seasons! Congrats! The win here was a bit more important then most and I think all 6 of the playoff teams are happy this PackerFANatic7 team is not in the field. They have been a dangerous/inconsistent team all season but when they got hot they were as good as any team in the league! Sportsfreak finishes the season winning 5 of their last 6 games and have to be seen as a legit contender for winning their first ever league championship! PackerFANatic7 will be writing a note to Roger Goodell petitioning that we never have any more of those Week 14 byes! L Jackson, J. Taylor, T Dell and Zay Flowers all missing in a game they lose by 10. That hurts and they now miss the playoffs for the 7th straight season which is the longest current streak in the league.
U Don’t Know (133.17) vs Rapids Plungers (110.26)
U Don’t Know (7-7) was the only 6 win team last week to do their job and get the win! That win was all it took for them to secure the #6 seed and a playoff berth. They were without Hendry and Pittman this week but they still found a way to put up 133 points. They get to go up against the red hot Sportsfreak team this upcoming week in the wild card round. Rapids Plungers fought until the end but ultimately they just didn’t have enough to keep up this week. With a win they would have got in as the #6 seed but with the loss they fell all the way to the #12 spot! That is their worst in season finish and a rare sight not to see this team battling in the playoffs.
