We are now heading into Week 7, yes Week 7.. that’s crazy! We have another year where things are looking extremely tight from top to bottom but right around this time is a great opportunity for teams to take a leap in the standings. As bye weeks start really affecting rosters you might be one of those teams that get to face a team that isn’t at full strength. Good luck everyone and I am excited to see how the next three weeks turn out.
BIGBOY! (2-4) vs Pack Attack (2-4)
BIGBOY! has been struggling to find wins so far this year but maybe going up against a 2 win Pack Attack team will be just what they need to gain some momentum and get back on the winning track. They don’t have anyone worth noting on a bye so they should be at full strength for this one. I like there chances here to pull out the easy win against Pack Attack. They are by far the better team and it would take a miracle for Pack Attack to win!
***What… it worked last time when I said there was no chance for Pack Attack to win against HHH :)***

Historical Look at this Match-Up:

pack slayer (3-3) vs 16hrs Ahead of You!! (1-5)
pack slayer comes into this one having lost their last two games while 16hrs ahead of you really needs to find a way to get the win to keep their season afloat. pack slayer hasn’t been playing terrible so I expect them to come into this one with confidence while 16hrs is coming off a tough loss last week in which they failed to score 100 points.
Prediction:
It looks like 16hrs entire team is questionable to play this week. I think the two biggest question marks are A. Cooper and A. Kamara with those two guys playing 16hrs has a shot without them they likely don’t get over the 100 point mark. I think regardless this is the week that pack slayer gets back on track and breaks their two game winning streak with a relatively easy win.
Historical Look at this Match-Up:
- Regular Season Match-ups: 7
- Record: Advantage pack slayer at 5-2
- PPG Avg: Advantage pack slayer 111.97 to 95.90
Big Papa (3-3) vs PackerFANatic7 (1-5)
Both of these two teams are coming off disappointing losses last week and PackerFANatic7 has now lost 5 games in a row. I know I wrote about last week how this team has the worst defense in the league which means they have also been the most unlucky but unlucky or not this team needs to start finding ways to win before it is too late. Big Papa has been the complete opposite as they have the best defense in the league which means they have had the easiest schedule through 6 weeks. To put it into perspective, teams are averaging 91 points against Big Papa and teams are averaging 153 points against PackerFANatic7. And to add insult to injury if PackerFANatic7 had played the same schedule as Big Papa they would be 5-1 right now. That’s a lot of what if’s to think about but fact of the matter is that right now Big Papa is at .500 and PackerFANatic7 needs a win in the worst way!
Prediction:
This is the week it happens. PackerFANatic7 gets win #2 on the season. I know I probably haven’t picked Big Papa to win much because I just don’t see a lot of points again this week outside of Mahomes. I don’t think PackerFANatic7 has a huge game but I do think that they do enough to get the win.
Historical Look at this Match-Up:
- Regular Season Match-ups: 2
- Record: Tied at 1-1
- PPG Avg: Advantage PackerFANatic7 110.83 to 92.52
Bossman (4-2) vs teamAlaska (4-2)
Game of the week!? Maybe… from a record perspective this is the best game of the week and one that I will certainly have my eye on. teamAlaska comes into this one having won three straight games while Bossman also has some momentum having 4 of their last 5 games. You just get the sense that Bossman is starting to feel and gaining confidence by the week especially now that T. Hill is back in their lineup. For teamAlaska a win here would be huge in solidifying themselves as one of the teams to beat in the league this year!
Prediction:
teamAlaska has been winning in large part thanks to C. McCaffrey and remember what I said about bye weeks. Well Bossman gets the luck of the draw here and will not have to face McCaffrey this week as he is on a bye. That production is impossible to find a way to replace and Bossman players seem to have great matchups this week. I am going with Bossman to keep things rolling and for their team to start getting some of the respect they do desperately desire!
Historical Look at this Match-Up:
- Regular Season Match-ups: 12
- Record: Tied at 6-6
- PPG Avg: Advantage Bossman 117.46 to 109.39
PackMan12 (4-2) vs DaUnderdog (3-3)
PackMan12 is another one of those teams that I am just not sure what to think of. One week they look the part as one of the better teams in the league and the next they look like they need to be concerned about that last place trophy! Ok, ok I know those are strong words for a 4-2 team but anytime you have a 45 point week and have failed to show consistency I think it is a fair assessment. I think we will find a lot out about this team over the course of the next 4 weeks. DaUnderdog had one bad week and that week may come back to haunt them as they fight for the playoffs. They have scored over 121 points each week minus one and have three weeks over 150. This is a team that has some firepower and one that I expect to see separating themselves from the pack over the next three weeks.
Prediction:
Yes, I think DaUnderdog wins this one. PackMan12 has Conner and Evans on the bench and without them they are going to struggle to find points enough to keep up with DaUnderdog. DaUnderdog with win #4.
Historical Look at this Match-Up:
- Regular Season Match-ups: 8
- Record: Tied at 10-4
- PPG Avg: Advantage PackMan12 114.22 to 102.39
HHH (4-2) vs U Don’t Know (3-3)
This is a big week for U Don’t Know as they will finally be getting S. Barkley back. There team has held their own and found ways to get a couple of wins while he was on the bench. As players start returning from injury it is amazing how much better a team can look especially just by adding one guy to their roster. HHH saw their 4 game winning streak snapped last week and they will be hoping to start another one. They too have been without one of their top players in D. Adams for the past couple of weeks and they are hoping for some good news with him. Can HHH keep hold of that #2 spot or will U Don’t Know jump up into the playoff mix?
Prediction:
This is an interesting game as there are some players that have really been struggling but have really great matchups this week. I am going under the assumption that D. Adams will not be playing and therefore I am going with a bit of the upset and picking U Don’t Know to get the win in a close one!
Historical Look at this Match-Up:
- Regular Season Match-ups: 13
- Record: Advantage HHH at 7-6
- PPG Avg: Advantage U Don’t Know 114.58 to 109.23
Rapids Plungers (6-0) vs Sportsfreak (2-4)
So is anyone going to beat Rapids Plungers this year? So far almost half of the league has tried and so far they have all come up short. It is Sportsfreak’s turn this week as they look for win #3 on the season. So here is an interesting piece of information that I have overlooked until now. I went back and looked at the 2018 season. Rapids Plungers finished the regular season on a 7 game winning streak and you combine that with their 6 game winning streak to start this season and you have a 13 game regular season winning streak! That is the 2nd longest regular season winning streak in league history! The longest streak is held by Sportsfreak as they won 14 in a row between the 2016 – 2017 seasons. So that adds a bit more intrigue to this one as Sportsfreak with a win can also ensure that they hold on to that record of having the “Longest Regular Season” winning streak. If they lose Rapids Plungers will be tied for the longest streak ever! That is impressive, well done Rapids Plungers! So I guess with that said.. who wins?
Prediction:
Rapids Plungers is hitting Sportsfreak at a great time as they are without their entire group of starting WR’s (C. Samuel, OBJ & JuJu). If they can pull off the win it would be a major upset but I don’t see that happening. I think Rapids Plungers remains undefeated and dominates this one!
Historical Look at this Match-Up:
- Regular Season Match-ups: 11
- Record: Advantage Rapids Plungers at 8-3
- PPG Avg: Advantage Rapids Plungers 132.77 to 131.77
Have a great week!
